VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL & AIR RECEIVER TANK
An air receiver tank is a type of pressure vessel that holds compressed air under a certain amount of pressure for future uses. Air tanks are typically cylindrical to reduce stresses in the “skin” of the tank. As a result, they are often equipped with feet welded to the tank.
These can be welded to the dished end of the tank in the case of vertical compressed air tanks or on the curved side of the air tank in the case of horizontal tanks. These tanks are constructed from materials such as steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
Thermtech Systems offers a wide range of Vertical and Horizontal Air Receiver Tanks designed to provide efficient storage and regulation of compressed air. Built for reliability and durability, our tanks are suitable for various industrial applications, ensuring optimal air pressure management and system performance.
Vertical Receiver Tank
A vertical receiver tank is a cylindrical receiver designed to store compressed air under pressure. Tanks are installed in an upright position, which can save floor space. The weight of the contents is primarily distributed vertically, exerting pressure on the bottom.
Horizontal Receiver Tank
A Horizontal receiver tank is installed horizontally, typically resting on support legs or a solid base. Horizontal receivers, on the other hand, distribute the weight more evenly along the length of the receiver, reducing the stress on the receiver’s base.
Nitrogen Air Receiver Tanks
Nitrogen Air Receiver Tanks are made of SS material with buffing & MS material with Galvanizing coating. The offered tanks act as a receiver of Nitrogen & chemical storage.
Vacuum Receiver Tank
A vacuum receiver tank typically consists of a cylindrical or spherical Receiver made of metal or other suitable materials capable of withstanding vacuum pressures. It is equipped with inlet and outlet connections and vacuum gauges to monitor and control the vacuum pressure inside the tank.
Vacuum Receivers are typically used in Central Plastics Conveying Systems to transfer plastic pellets, regrind or powders from a material source to destinations like Surge Bins, Drying Hoppers, Blender Bins or directly to the throat of a processing machine.
