STEAM BOILER

We manufacture package-type boilers, membrane water wall-type boilers, fluidized bed boilers, bi-drum boilers, and Oil /gas-fired boilers.

An optimum heating surface geometry and flame tube dimensions achieve this. The boilers are designed to be highly flexible. A 3-pass firing sequence guarantees extremely low pollutant emissions and optimum burn-out. The flue gas tubes on the boiler series result in low flue gas temperatures, thus making them optimum efficient with a compact design to very easy-to-clean.

The proposed boiler is a three-pass, Fully Wet back, horizontal multi-tube shell and tube-type boiler. It consists of a flue tube, which ends up with the reversal chamber. The flue gas turns into the second pass tubes in the reversal chamber and ends up in the front smoke box. The flue gas turns again in the smoke box into the third pass tubes and leaves the boiler from the outlet of the third pass to the chimney. The flue, second, and third pass tubes are surrounded by water and thus provide a safe heat transfer surface.

The tube diameters are chosen judiciously to prevent any choking of the lines by the carbon soot being carried by the flue gas. The shell is provided with the necessary maintenance hole for waterside cleaning and maintenance.

Two feed pumps are provided, one of which will generally work and the other on standby. There is sufficient steam space in the shell to ensure good-quality steam.

Highest efficiency: A water-cooled wet back rear wall increases heat utilization and reduces radiation losses in the boiler. Maintenance and servicing costs are minimal as no additional brickwork is required in the flame tube. Depending on the fuel used, some models, especially developed heat exchangers (economizers), can be combined with all boiler types to boost further the efficiency of the boiler and the entire system.

  • The average water level is kept well above the last row of the tubes, providing enough margin. This ensures the safety of the boiler tubes.
  • An on-off Mobrey-type water level controller is provided, which would control the water level between two set points. A fusible plug is provided for additional safety.
  • Boiler door the large boiler door significantly simplifies cleaning of the combustion chamber, 2nd and 3rd passes. The unique construction of the hinge makes the boiler door easy to open. With its optimum heat insulation, the boiler door helps reduce heat losses from the boiler to a minimum.

The boiler has a stationary grate with a large furnace volume and an ergonomically designed fire door suitable for manual fuel feeding—the bottom of the grate for combustion air delivery and ash removal.

An induced draft fan maintains the necessary draft in the furnace and provides adequate combustion air for burning the fuel on the grate.

The shell has sufficient steam space to ensure good-quality steam and respond to demand fluctuation.

The boiler has an automatic monobloc burner in the furnace, which provides adequate combustion air to burn the fuel on the grate. Our boilers are equipped with adjustable automatic systems according to load with modern control systems.
The boiler is optimally suited for using burners due to the combustion chamber geometry and the low thermal load at the combustion chamber.
